These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Online Depot ("OD"). Please read these Terms carefully before using OD. By accessing and using OD, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use OD.
Definition of the Online Depot Website
OD is an online marketplace that provides a venue for the sale of goods between the buyer ("Buyer") and the seller ("Seller") and the renting of properties between the renter ("Renter") and the landlord ("Landlord"). The actual contract for sale is directly between Buyer and Seller for sales of food, non-food, and services and between Renter and Landlord for rental properties. OD is not a party to that or any other contract between Buyer and Seller and between Renter and Landlord and accepts no obligations in connection with any such contract. Parties to such transaction will be entirely responsible for the sales contract between them, the listing of goods, services, properties, and the warranty of the purchase. OD is not involved in the transactions between users of the OD Website. OD may or may not pre-screen the users of the OD Website or the content or information provided by Sellers and Landlords. OD reserves the right to remove any content or information if it violates any terms of the contract.
1. Use of the Online Depot Website
1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use OD. By using the OD Website, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
1.2 Website access: You may access OD without placing an order, renting a property, or registering your details with us. OD is open for everyone to view until they are ready to place an order or rent a property.
When you use OD or register an account, you will provide us with personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number, and address. You must ensure that the information is accurate. We will handle all personal information we collect in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you choose to sign up, your email address is your username, and you will select a password. You are responsible for keeping the username and password secure and are responsible for all use and activity carried out under this username. You may also choose to log in using your Facebook account.
1.3 Prohibited Activities: When using OD you agree not to:
a) Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
b) Use OD in any manner that may disable, overburden, damage, or impair the OD Website or interfere with any other user's use of OD
c) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of OD, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to OD;
d) Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods;
e) Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any portion of OD;
f) Introduce any viruses, malware, or other harmful codes;
g) Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities; or
h) Use OD for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
2. Intellectual Property
2.1 Ownership: All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and intellectual property displayed or made available through OD are owned by or licensed to us. You acknowledge that these materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws and may not be used without our express written permission.
2.2 Limited License: We grant you a limited, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use the content on our OD Website solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
2.3 User-Generated Content: By submitting any user-generated content, such as reviews or comments, on OD, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.
3. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in connection with your use of OD.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
4.1 General Disclaimer: OD is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, or accuracy of our OD Website, including any content, products, or services made available through OD.
4.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of OD, whether based on contract, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of OD, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.
6. Links to Third-Party Websites
OD may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access such websites at your own risk, and we encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to OD without prior notice and for any reason, including, but not limited to, a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access and use OD will immediately cease.
8. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our OD Website. Your continued use of OD after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

By using our OD Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Eligibility:
1.1 The Pinoy Food Trip Online raffle ("Raffle") is open to individuals who dine or purchase (“Buy”) from the participating restaurants, stores, Online Depot Stores, and Business Finder Stores ("Store") a minimum of 5 times between August 8, 2023 and November 8, 2023. Each first-time Buy from a Store will be awarded a stamp. It is a joint campaign by the Pinoys in Melbourne Facebook group (“PiM) and the Online Depot website. (“OD”).
1.2 Participants must be of legal age according to their jurisdiction to be eligible to enter the Raffle.
1.3 Participants must login to the Online Depot website to upload their receipts. All invalid receipts will void the stamp awarded for each Buy.
1.4 Participants will be allowed to re-upload invalid receipts by logging in to the Online Depot website.
1.5 All purchases made from Online Depot member stores automatically get one stamp.
1.6 Only one stamp per store is issued. Succeeding Buys from a Store no longer earn stamps.
1.7 Employees of OD, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, children, siblings, parents, or persons living in the same household), are not eligible to participate in the Raffle.
1.8 Admin of PiM, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, children, siblings, parents, or persons living in the same household), are not eligible to participate in the Raffle.
2. Raffle Tickets:
2.1 Participants who meet the eligibility criteria will receive one free Raffle ticket ("Ticket") for every five (5) verified Buys from a Store.
2.2 Tickets will be issued once a day at midnight for all those who collected five (5) or more stamps
2.3 There is no limit to the number of Tickets a participant can earn per day.
2.4 Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.
2.5 OD reserves the right to void any Tickets obtained through fraudulent means or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Winner Selection:
3.1 Winners will be selected through a random online draw among all eligible Tickets.
3.2 The draw will take place within one week after the end of the Raffle period, on or around November 15, 2023. The draw will be witnessed by one of the major prize sponsors.
3.3 OD will notify the winners via email or phone within three business days of the draw. The information provided in the OD registration form will be used to contact the winner.
3.4 If a winner cannot be contacted within seven days of the first attempt, or if they fail to provide the requested information within the specified timeframe, OD reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
4. Prizes:
4.1 The prizes are as follows:
One First Prize: return ticket to the Philippines
One Second Prize: restaurant voucher to the value of $300 from a participating restaurant
Five Third Prizes: voucher to the value of $100 from participating stores
4.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.
4.3 PiM and OD reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value if the advertised prize is unavailable.
5. Publicity:
5.1 By participating in the Raffle, participants grant PiM and OD the right to use their names, photographs, and other relevant information for promotional and advertising purposes related to the Raffle.
5.2 PiM and OD may publicize the names and photographs of the winners through various media channels, including but not limited to social media, their websites, and press releases.
6. General Conditions:
6.1 PiM and OD reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Raffle at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond their control.
6.2 Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating in the Raffle.
6.3 PiM and OD’s decisions regarding the Raffle, including but not limited to winner selection, are final and binding.
6.4 Participants release PiM and OD, its employees, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from their participation in the Raffle or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize awarded.
6.5 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
